Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026 • Billing Service Level Rules

Thank you for choosing RestaurantOS as your restaurant management and self-ordering platform. We strive to provide a reliable, premium service to help run your dining spots. This policy outlines subscription cancellations, billing disputes, and refund rules.

1. Free Trial Period

Newly registered restaurants receive a 14-day Free Trial to explore all dashboard, menu catalog, and table QR code features. No credit card details are collected during signup, ensuring you are not charged automatically when the trial expires. To continue using the service after the trial, you must select a subscription plan tier.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your RestaurantOS subscription at any time directly through the Manage Billing & Subscriptions link in the Admin settings panel. Upon cancellation, your workspace and table ordering portals will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), after which your access will be downgraded or suspended.

3. Refund Eligibility

RestaurantOS operates as a Pay-As-You-Go SaaS application. Since you can cancel at any time, we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations or unused days in a billing cycle.

Exceptions: If a technical error occurs during payment processing (e.g. your payment card is charged twice due to gateway latency), we will refund the duplicate charge in full. If your workspace profile fails our admin verification security checks after purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your payment.

4. Refund Claim Process

To request a refund for gateway errors or duplicate charges, please email our billing desk or contact us via WhatsApp support. Please provide your Registered Email Address, Workspace Name, and Razorpay Payment ID. Verified requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
